Maintenance:

The maintenance team headed by D. José Mateo Ruiz García and in which D. Eduardo García de la Banda, D. Andrés Llorente Dueñas y D. Armando Rodríguez Martín are included, is a team esential for the "day by day" work at the Institute. They take care of new installations related to the supply of electricity, the supply of gases, painting, carpentry, elevators, ... or even gardening! They also do the regular maintenance of the different equipments and repair whatever comes out of work. It is, indeed, an essential and key support to the everyday work at the Institute.

Store:

Finally, we have to mention the Store, headed by Dª Paloma Brea Herrera and assisted by D. Carlos Angel Taboada Tarancón, who centralize the advise of how to make purchases of all kinds of items. They also organize and control the exisiting stocks in the Store, keeping good and updated record of the economic expenditure generated by this activity. As an auxiliary function, they control the reception and supply of liquid nitrogen and all kind of gases, as well as its canalization to the different laboratories. Together with efficiency, it is very important to have our own "stocks" of a variety of chemical compounds and minor laboratory equipment of common use.
